One of my DJ's has a problem with SAM version 3.4.3 with Firebird, working under Windows 7
If you go within SAM to Voice FX and click there on the Config button (next to the button EQ), there you can choose by Record Settings, by Record Driver among others for Kernel Streaming recorder
This did my dj and clicked on OK. Now he can click on the Config button in Voice FX but notting happens, the screen VoiceFX Configuration opens no longer
My question is, how can he gets the screen VoiceFX Configuration back open agian so he can re-emerges at the Record Settings Record Driver change again in DirectSound recorder? Does anyone know a solution for this?

When you are pressing the 'Mike off' button in VoiceFX, then the 'Config' button turns grey and you cann't open the VoiceFX Configuration screen
But even when he has not pressed the 'Mike off' button in VoiceFX and the Config button is not grey, he can click on it but the VoiceFX Configuration screen does not appear

What have I done
1) go to start -> Control Panel -> Folder Options -> view -> select here: Show hidden files, folders, and drives
2) go to start -> Control Panel -> programs -> Remove Sam and your database
3) go to start -> Computer -> hard disk C -> Users -> (user name) -> AppData -> Search: Sam -> remove all folders that has to do with Sam
4) reboot your pc or laptop and install Sam again with your database
In the removal of Sam, the folder(s) in point 3, are not deleted
So if you have a problem with Sam which you cannot repair, follow these 4 steps for a full clean install of Sam
